When ordering any of our products, you implicitly agree to these terms and conditions

• By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old

• The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you.

• Transport costs and payment rates are presented before confirming the purchase.

• Shipping coasts inlude: packaging, handling, and mail fees.

• Any submission is made by national registered post mail and delivered by hand.

• Orders are usually shipped the next 5 businesses days after the order. Shipping to Europe will take between 8-10 working days.

• During the month of August orders are shipped in 10 days after the purchase.

 

 

Returns

• You can return the product within 15 days of delivery. However the returns will only be accepted if reported within 48 hours of receiving the package.

• The product must be in new condition, if the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Basho is not responsible for any return customs charges made. Any costs incurred are responsibility of the customer.
